Best coffee shop on the sea front. Lovely friendly staff, yummy food and drinks and with a stunning view. We ho here a lot on our walk and have always had 5 star treatment. Well done Sue and staff.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a coffee and breakfast sandwich, all while taking in the beautiful view. It's conveniently located near the beach, making it the perfect stop for a quick bite during a leisurely walk. Speisekarte ansehen

Stopped in on bike ride for coffee and a cheese scone , lovely coffee cheese scone was fab along with view , cheese scone warm and with butter a £1 , coffee £1.20 , great value and no compromise on quality of on seafront check it out

Called here last Wednesday twice on the way in for ice cream wonderful, then on the way back out for cheese burger and a drink,can't fault this place at all.Very friendly and clean,prices where very good and the food we had was excellent.Will call in again next time for sure.

Great food, excellent sized portions and superbly friendly and welcoming staff. Attended my elderly mums needs without asking. Able to take a well behaved dog on lead into restaurant. Went for a pre match stroll along Roker Beach and made our way to Sue’s Cafe after recommendations by friends. We were not disappointed and had a mug of Coffee/tea and a bacon buttie which were delicious. This was our pre match meal before watching the Black Cats at 12.30 v Southampton. A splendid 5-0 win so we will revisit in the not too distant future.

The restaurant had a one-way system in place, with very friendly staff and quick service. We ordered a Sausage Curry and chips, as well as a curry and chips. The curry was one of the best I have ever tasted, very moreish. The sausage without batter was a pleasant surprise, as sometimes it can be all batter and not a very nice sausage, but in this case there were 2 sausages in the tub and they were really tasty. We enjoyed our meal with a sea view, what more could you ask for? I can't wait to come back and visit again.

I recently visited the Sunday Market at South Shields and decided to stop by Suzies cafe for a coffee. After finding a parking space, my husband went to order while I enjoyed a hot vegetable soup. Both of our choices were really enjoyable. As we sat in the car, we noticed a car pulling into a disabled bay without a disabled badge and not paying. As a disabled person myself, I always make sure to display my badge. Soon after, another car parked next to us in a regular bay without paying as well. As we were leaving, we saw two traffic wardens approaching the cars and hoped that they would get a ticket. Speisekarte ansehen
