My family and I recently dined at this restaurant, and the food was outstanding! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. Everything was perfect: the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5!

I frequently visit this restaurant; while the food is decent, the service and staff leave much to be desired. I brought a guest with me today, and as usual, the staff was extremely rude. However, Mehmood (or Mehmat) was particularly inappropriate this time. The restaurant was quite busy, but there was a large table available. Despite this, Mehmood intentionally assigned it to a smaller family that could have easily fit at one of the two smaller tables also available. Given how disrespectful and impolite the staff is, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with a family.

I was asked to pay twice during my visit. After the food was served, the staff didn't return to refill our bread or water, clear our plates, or check on how we were enjoying our meals. Unlike other Turkish restaurants, they don’t offer a jug of water, likely because they want to push customers to buy bottled water, which is at least four times more expensive than in a store. The restrooms were filthy—one has to wonder if this is how they maintain their own homes. It seems that the staff, both male and female, are quite lazy and indifferent, and their rudeness only added to the experience. Overall, it’s a very unhygienic establishment.

I can't say enough good things about our waiter! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome.This wonderful waitress named Vanessa gave my friend and I a really warm welcome and treated us really well during our meal, providing excellent customer service and gracious hospitality.
