Il servizio è stato gentile e cortese ma purtroppo i piatti sono arrivati con parecchio ritardo.Ma era sabato a pranzo e non avevamo fretta!È stato tutto buonissimo e servito nel modo giusto. "Siamo stati a cena presso Dorotea La Spaghetteria. L 'atmosfera del locale è davvero piacevole, con luci soffuse e un 'ambientazione poco caotica. We dined at Dorotea La Spaghetteria. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite charming, with soft lighting and a relatively quiet setting. We chose the 26 euro tasting menu, which included appetizers, spaghetti, monkfish, and a liqueur. The appetizers were overall very delicious, but there is a minor downside to mention. The popizze with organic flour seemed slightly less impressive compared to the other appetizers. As for the spaghetti, they were generally good, but I must admit that I preferred the ones ordered by a friend, presumably called From Puglia Downwards, over my choice, which was The Unusual Carbonara. It 's interesting to note that our visit took place over a month ago, and upon checking the menu online, it appears that there have been changes in the dishes offered. This suggests that there is a rotation in the preparation of dishes, which could be good news for those who enjoy discovering new options each time they visit the restaurant."

"This was a great discovery, both for the quality and the price. And the attention of the chef, often present in the room, was no exception. When I saw the menu with lots of food for 20 euros I was almost worried, but chef Sarpi made me change my mind from the first course. 3 different appetizers, each on its own plate (bruschetta, spring rolls with burratina and peppered mussels, abundant and delicious). The first (cavatelli with Norcia sausage and yellow datterino cream) was plated and garnished in the room on a trolley, with its rocket and parmesan. Grilled swordfish as a main course, well cooked and plentiful. The fruit and dessert (as is also evident from the photo) was also excellently presented. To close a bitter. All with 2 half liter beers at the low price of 26 euros, I almost couldn't believe it, it definitely deserved more. At the end of dinner I would have made a monument to that man and his waitress. I have rarely seen so much care, dedication, quality and economy all together. It is an experience that I highly recommend."

"Immersed in nature and kept with great care in the company of sweet animals including a cervix this beautiful place, lay serenity and relaxation. I stayed in an annex in silence and privacy. Our room was a very clean and functional quadruple room. The excellent dinner with original and genuine dishes, quick service and a lot of kindness. Breakfast I would call it original, special, background music, table packed with many delicacies at km 0. An excellent way to start the day. "Avevo scelto questo locale in base alle recensioni, l'alta aspettativa è stata purtroppo disattesa. Ero combattuto, non sapevo se scrivere o meno perchè non sono solito lamentarmi dei locali in cui non mi sono trovato bene, preferisco glissare e non tornarci più ma l'esperienza di domenica 29/09 è stata davvero tremenda. Mangiare per strada in una giornata assai ventosa con ogni genere di cosa che ti cadeva nel piatto, con tempi di attesa biblici è stato davvero estenuante.Ha trasformato una giornata di festa (anniversario dei miei suoceri) in una giornata da incubo che ci ha indotti a terminare il pranzo anzitempo (eufemismo dato che erano le 16.30 ed era appena arrivato il primo). Capisco la giornata storta, eventuali problemi in cucina, il non essere magari dimensionati per il numero di coperti presenti domenica ma tutto questo non può ripercuotersi in toto sul cliente.
