"the best culinary experience of 2022 and probably in the 3 best restaurants I have ever tried. everything, absolutely everything in a superior category: location, lights, musical thread, decoration and service are in a perfect tune that conveys a harmony of elegance and delicacy supine. the absolutely delicious dishes: to start we were invited to a toast with very rich meat cake we followed with the dishes we chose: oysters with apple pie and fine gel strip of corvina with color butter and parpatana peppers in eggplant and consomé of vegetables risotto of ortiguillas and payoyo (very intense the taste of the fu a real chollo for an experience that I am taking to repeat. my congratulations to the chef (who came to present and to ask what was going on) for so many dishes and staff for accompanying the night so professionally, giving very good advice but always of discretion and without shame"
