Angel Inn - Speisekarte

Great meal today couldn’t fault the food, venue and service. Thank you to all the staff.

Very enjoyable meal. We chose the smaller plate Roast Dinner, which was still a decent sized meal.

We took my mum for a meal and we all enjoyed it The food was good and the staff were friendly So thank you Alan for making our visit great

We had a lovely dinner for 4 of us plus a 3 year old. The problem came when we ordered dessert. It was taking over 30 mins and our toddler was getting very tired. When we queried it they just said they were very busy which they weren’t! Such a shame

Just visited the Angel Inn for a pie and a pint food was delicious only negative was that some staff were petting the dogs in the bar and then proceeding to pour and serve drinks and food without washing there hands surely this is basic hygiene when working in the food industry very disappointed this practice should be stopped by the management Speisekarte ansehen

Haven 't been to this lovely old pub for a while and I was very pleasantly surprised at just how good it is now. Fabulous greeting from friendly and helpful staff, and they do terrific coffee. There 's a lot of choice to eat, including specials. We went on fish Friday which is clearly popular as all the tables were taken by the time we left. Dog-friendly too. Good service, fair priced, plentiful portions. I 'd recommend.

My sister and I travel up from Cornwall to visit our dad in Thorpe Bay. We always make sure we go for a meal at The Angel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Alan is particularly great in the restaurant; nothing is too much trouble- he is a real asset to the place. Food is always tasty, good value and plentiful. Good selection of wine and beers. Would love The Angel to come to Cornwall! Thank you all for a lovely evening.

We went in on a whim on a Friday night. They were full but as we were leaving they alerted us to a cancellation and sat us immediately. All the staff were so so friendly, personable and attentive. We were served by ALAN who was just the loveliest man. Food was flawless and so filling! Best ribs I've ever had, fell off the bone is an understatement! We were in the dining room but it was relaxed enough to have a pint and play some cards as well. Definitely will come back, a great new local has been discovered! Speisekarte ansehen
