"I've been to the restaurant several times. Normally okay. Last night was awful. The two main courses we wanted were both off the menu for the evening. The Caesar salad was a few lettuce leaves with Parmesan flakes. That was it. No croutons, no anything else and not cheap either. The gnocchi was just edible. Was the chef off for the evening?"

Very nice atmosphere, and the food was super good! Staff very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be going back to watch the next football match

Food was quite good and service pleasant. Unfortunately the front bar where you enter was very shabby and really smelled foul. If that area gets a good clean it would help improve first impressions!

We didn't have any starters, both enjoyed our main courses very much, and the desserts were also both good. The Stag dining area was a pleasant place to eat, and we will definitely go back there again soon. Speisekarte ansehen

We loved finding this gem of a spot. It was so cute and cozy, everyone was friendly and attentive, the drinks were great, and the food was some of the best we’ve had on our trip. We look forward to going back.

The food good, the staff friendly and the portions generous- all excellent. But when the restaurant is a quarter full and they say they’re busier than expected as an explanation for a 20 minute wait for bread and butter one suspects they actually mean they’re under-staffed.

"First class. Food and service were superb. Truly accomplished and delicious dishes. My friend, who doesn’t really care much for food, declared the honey parfait dessert to be the best thing he’d ever eaten. I had the rhubarb soufflé, the presentation of which is hilariously risqué! The rack of Dover sole was exquisite. Lots of little treats too. The sommelier was really good even though we weren’t splashing out on wine on this occasion. Her dirty dry martinis were excellent. Overall, a five-star experience. Ambience-wise, it was a bit quiet on Saturday lunch; and it is undeniably expensive. No doubt a causal connection between those two minor quibbles. However, we both agreed that it was worth it and have spent comparable sums (or more) elsewhere for far less. The team behind this restaurant are at the top of their game: they appear to love what they do; and pull out the stops to give their guests a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and kind but not intrusive. Consummate professionals."

"visited this place for a special occasion and was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. the service was friendly, timely and simply had a really domestic feeling. had a bark taco, which tasted beautiful, a great choice of aromen. the garnels also tasted great, loved the crumbsal. I had fish for the net that tasted fresh, which surprised me. the dessert also had a beautiful contrasting taste of aromen. really creative meals combined with a beautiful service and cozy environment makes for a pleasant experience. personally, I feel that due to the pricing, this is a special opportunity type of place, but I certainly cannot complain about the quality of eating. highly recommended."

"We stumbled upon this restaurant without prior knowledge, making it a blind booking. However, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The restaurant was a favorite among locals. The service was extremely attentive and personalized, and Toni, the owner, was charming. The food was exceptional, and despite being full, I couldn't resist trying one of their desserts. It was truly first-class, and we highly recommend it. On our next visit to London, we will definitely return to Clapham so we can dine at Toni's Amalfi once again."

"Amazing experience which went beyond the delicious food. The setting and building is beautiful, the staff friendly and efficient, and of course there is the delicious and authentic Polish food. We dined out on the terrace with tablecloths and candles. The inside was beautiful too though! It reminded me of upscale authentic restaurants in Warsaw. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend the herring, steak tartare, and pancakes with duck livers. The desserts were delicious too!"
