Have used this pub several times, good location and a very nice setting, friendly staff good beer nice food. What more can you ask for?

Limited menu, poor service, general can't be bothered attitude prevails in a bar full of yokels who may be used to the prevailing low standards. Not recommended, will not return

Planned to go to the Pepper pot as part of the chain I work in but so glad we decided not to. Food was fantastic, great value for money and big portions to. Staff were friendly as always, look forward to my next visit

I visited here for a friend's birthday. The staff are very friendly and the food was very nice! My steak was cooked to perfection and very well priced! My only slight moan is that they didn't have peppercorn sauce on then menu!

A nice meal just the 2 of us, love the menu. Not often I can't decide what to have. Service was amazing even though it was New Year's Eve, food was cooked to perfection. Could not have asked for a nicer meal, atmosphere or service.

A group of 8 of us booked a table and sat with menus for 30 minutes trying to decide what to have. The starters come out and we all wished we had ordered what the others had! Same with the main course, so we decided to keep going back till we have all had everything off the menu.

We were here for a birthday and were not disappointed. The bar was lively, and drinks were very well priced. The food was excellent! Large portions and very well cooked. We were not staying at the pub for the night so we parked on the main high street. We do not know the area so maybe there would have been better parking elsewhere. I would highly recommend this pub for a fun evening.

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 night, booking 6 rooms of various types. From the moment we booked we felt completely at ease that there would be no problems. Tracy the owner was just so lovely. She, and all her staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. The first night we ate in the restaurant and the food was superb. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Top Mark's to the Lovely Tracy and her great team .

My work takes me to Berkeley and the surrounding area quite often. Recently I stumbled upon the Berkeley Arms Hotel. I stayed for three nights in a single room on the first floor. I found the staff immediately welcoming on arrival (my thanks to Alice for helping me to my room with my luggage given that I currently walk with the assistance of a stick). My single room was exactly as I expected: cozy, tidy, with a TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a more than adequate ensuite shower and loo.I ate in the restaurant for all three nights and found the food to be delicious, clearly prepared on site, and wide enough a menu for the longer term traveller.Based on my experience I will definitely retur...
