The Bowler Pub - Speisekarte

I went to the restaurant with 6 friends and we were all impressed by the delicious food and the affordable drinks. As an added bonus, we even received a free drink for my sister's bachelorette party.

Lovely pub in Clerkenwell just off exmouth market. Popped in for some after work drinks with some friends. Really good atmosphere and very friendly staff. Had the double cheese burger and chips it was lovely.

Come here recently to watch the football and wasn’t expecting much in the way of food as most sports bars/pubs in London are oftern just microwave food. But I ordered the bone marrow burger and it was unreal. Will be back for the nextArsenal game Speisekarte ansehen

This pub is extra special. Genuine warmth and atmosphere with the best pub name in the UK. Definitely returning and bringing family and friends. Can't beat it. Traditional pub food, beautifully cooked and presented. This place definitely has the vibe!

Great pub down the road from my work and it’s friendly, good service beer and food and they even take cash which is a rarity in London There’s an open fire with comfy armchairs great place to chill out Thanks to Caitlin for her welcoming smile and service Bob and Liam will be back !

I received come out with a few friends to Watch Arsenal Vs United. We was in exmouth market so tried Kick bar when we got there it was very small and busy, waited outside for a while to get served but no luck. So we walked around the corner and found the Bowler. We was greeted by the friendly staff and got a great space to watch the game. Really nice clean pub with a great selections of beers on tap. They also sell food. We got some crispy chicken strips which was so nice. We will be back soon Speisekarte ansehen

After work drinks with my daughter. First visit here. Really busy, good atmosphere but really, really bright lights for a pub. Ordered four small plates to share Padron peppers, humous, chorizo and Scotch egg. All great. There was too much humous/not enough flat bread. We asked for some more bread, rather than waste the humous, and were told ‘you are the fifth customer in four days to ask for more bread. We pointed this out to the chef but that p*ssed him off’. Very odd. Needless to say, no extra bread!

Tried to find a place to watch the west ham conference league game midweek and the guys very kindly put the game on one of the two tvs. Our side was empty, but they still reserved us a table when I called. On the other side of the pub was a giant group of Roma fans watching their game, singing non stop with musical instruments and everything. Brilliant to see! We went back a couple of days later for another game and the staff were super nice again. Didn’t try to food, limited menu but the stuff coming out of the kitchen looked ok pub grub.

I hadn't been to The Bowler in some time, but I was in the area so decided to stop by. The restaurant has been taken over by new management and completely transformed from the old, dingy pub I remembered. It has undergone a total makeover and now offers a fantastic selection of beers on tap as well as classic pub fare. I had a chat with the manager, Harry, who was a really pleasant guy. He mentioned that they will be showing football matches once the Premier League season starts up again in August. I am looking forward to returning for that. Speisekarte ansehen
