I've read good things but it was disappointing Arrived at 2.30 with big queue at reception.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layoverIt's really the only hotel in the airport for terminal 5, even though other hotels make that claim.

Convenient for Heathrow T5, basically 5 minutes walk away The room we had on the fourth floor was nice and the bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

I stayed at the Hilton Paddington with a group of 9 travelers and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were charming, and the beds were very comfortable. The service was top-notch and I will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant is situated in a convenient location within a beautiful and spacious setting that is immaculately clean. However, there is room for improvement in the friendliness and greetings of the reception staff. Other than that, everyone else at the restaurant...

After making a reservation, we called ahead to confirm everything was in order, as one of our guests had allergies. However, when we arrived at the restaurant on the day of our reservation, they were unaware of our booking or the allergies. As a result, we were only able to order three afternoon teas and one salad, as the restaurant was unable to accommodate our lactose intolerant friend.
