"Today was very disappointing, sadly. We have been here several times. I ordered from the lunchtime menu 2 courses for £7.99. But because I was not ordering a main meal, I couldn't do this. (I had a starter and a desert, which cost more than if I'd had a main meal. There was no atmosphere and I had to wait ages for my dessert. Very disappointing for somewhere we have eaten many times and enjoyed. Sorry!"

on Thursday the lunchtime for a beer and a fast bite taken. once again good value for money, friendly staff and a nice place to sit in the beer garden. second visit as a new one in poulton area. will go again.

They offer a lovely separate vegan and vegetarian menu with about four main options. There are also 2-3 vegan desserts available. I tried the vegan lasagna, which didn't taste homemade, but it was still quite decent.

This pub is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and delicious food. Even if it's your first visit, you'll feel like a regular. It's definitely the best pub around. A special shoutout to all the staff for their friendly service and attention to detail! Speisekarte ansehen

Had a lovely meal here lots of choice but they don't have a great selection of gluten free food , they cater for large groups of people eating, it was very busy when we went on a Friday, there is a carpark and a beer garden, seems to be wheelchair friendly

I’ve been dining here for years, but I have to say that last night we enjoyed the best mixed grill I’ve ever tasted. My wife ordered the boneless barbecue ribs and she said they were fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they really know the menu well. Everything was well-prepared, and we can’t wait to come back!
