Stopped by on my way back from dinner, fast service, nice atmosphere and good beer. Didn't eat here but the menu was up and looked much like you'd expect from a pub...

I tried my local pub Crown Tavern Sunday roast in Clerkenwell. They have a very large menu of roast with: pork, beef, lamb and chicken on Sunday. All roast are delicious... Probably my favourite local pub for Sunday roast!

This pub is near to my work, and is always good for a post-work drink, although it does get very busy (especially in the summer time). They have a very nice gastro-pub style menu with some tasty options. There is plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs and a pleasant atmosphere throughout.

that is in the round a trinkkneipe as an esskne. the building itself is Victorian and is somehow charming. the sitting area outside is the best place to calm down with a drink or two. the tables in the pub on the left upper side appear sticky and this section becomes warm and splashy after a daisy. all in a decent pub that is a footplace for the Farringdon Contingent.

Really nice local English pub in Clerkenwell Green. Great place to sit and enjoy a beer when you are in the area. Very spacious with tables distributed on two floors and outside seating. The staff is helpful and friendly. Standard menu with beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, as for food, I tried the “beyond meat” burgers and fish chips both were good, not a gastro-pub.

on the day of the half of the center of london was closed (london marathon,) my friends and I ventured into the quiet clerkenwell pub for Sunday roast. it was all they want for a Sunday roast with friends: good roast, fairly cheap, relaxed ambiente and friendly staff. we are here early on Sunday when we were starving. it was relatiw calm at the time, but soon fulfilled as the day went. when we entered, we were piled up and quickly placed our commands. I ordered the 'Free-Range kirsch orchard porkhounds with cracking', which was a good decision, as it was delicious (although everything with crackers is in the usually delicious anyway).

farringdon is always dead on Sundays, so most pubs are almost empty. I went with my improw group after the lessons to this and we had lunch at about 3.30 a.m. while they made sunday roasts, they were made of yorkshires and gravy, so my friend had to be managed with minze gelee and the other usual seasons. I went for the fish and chips that were in order, but the heirs were a blob on the side that looked a bit strange so I didn't want to eat. the chicken salads my other two friends got, but seemed pretty good. I think the atmosphere will be much more beautiful when the pub is full and there are even games they can play, so it is ideal for groups. I would say to avoid it on Sunday, but because...
