"I go to manor 4-5 times a week to use the leisure facilities. I haven’t been for a few years but the past few months I’ve been going. Firstly the gym, it’s a nice gym with plenty of equipment, I just feel it could do with a big change up. It’s in desperate need of some tlc, new coat of paint and just general cleaning up. But overall it’s good. As for the pool I feel this hasn’t been empty’d and refilled in a long time, certainly not in the 2 months I’ve been going. In the corners of the bottom of the pool it’s collected dirt and debris that is a little off putting. In addition there’s a yellow stain on the inner lining around the pool about where the water level sits. The spa facilities are great, the sauna is decent but one of the wooden planks on the top seat is broken. The steam room is amazing, does the job but a few years back when I was going to the manor there was a blue light in the sauna. I feel like this could do with repairing, it’s only a small issue but fixing it would do a lot. As for the jacuzzi it’s very good, it’s on a timer which is fine. Again I feel that it could just use some tlc, and have the water changed every now and then as it’s a bit cloudy. Overall it’s a great place just a few minor issues that aren’t ideal but don’t make me look elsewhere. I’d give it 4/5 stars overall"

Lovely hotel in an amazing area with a view to die for. Food drinks: We arrived late in the day 8pm but the kitchen was closed.l would have thought that l would have been at least offered a sandwich. The rooms are unfortunately poorly decorated, which detracts significantly from the hotel’s overall aesthetic. For instance, the kettle in my room (Room 1) was brown and soiled on the inside, which made me unwilling to use it for coffee. The cheap laminate flooring, plastic toilet seat, and mismatched furniture styles create an atmosphere reminiscent of a care home rather than a cozy hotel. The accommodations do not live up to the appealing images seen online, making for a misleading experience.
