"We have not been to the Gun at Gun Hill since a refurbishment but the Freshly Cooked Pizza was excellent, the best Pizza I have had for a while, we sat near the open fire which was cosy and the Gun has a nice authentic feel. I should imagine it is nice in the summer when you can sit outside in the garden."

Overall, it was a good experience, although I do have a minor complaint. When I called to confirm whether the venue was dog-friendly, it wasn't made clear that dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant. Despite this miscommunication, I had a very enjoyable time.

Really enjoyed our night, atmosphere was great, service pretty good, though at times a little slow, but when we were interacting they were polite, smiled and courteous. So all in a minor point. Really interested in going again. The food was fabulous and I had food-envy of my friends meals!
