Had to clean own table, however food arrived quickly and was excellent value for money

Quick delivery for drinks by app even though it was busy. Food was better than some Wetherspoons I've been too.

There always no brown sugar i ask a male member to top up and the staff are to slow to sort out the coffee machine

It's spoons, foods not great till your drunk, then it's OK ish Staff are quite good, although some could try smiling now and again

My wife and I had a lovely meal with a pint of craft ale,we are both vegetarian,it was a nice change to have a big choice of food. The staff are very friendly with quick food delivery.

Came here for a drink and brought a cobra the bar has ordered my drink but they need the manager to use a key to search for my drink. She came and ordered the drink then said straight after I’m not doing this all night ask him to order something else

First steak was raw ,sent it back as I asked for medium and got another that was well done again asked for medium that was full of grisel and couldn't even chew it . The staff were nice and it came out quickly.my friends meal was fine (jacket potato) won't order steak again but will return as it's cheap and normal ok .

We had a lovely blustery walk from Butlins to the town. I spotted the Spoons on the way back from the museum (worth a visit BTW) and stopped for a very pleasant couple (4) of pints. Comfortable, lots of seat, nice staff and reasonable prices. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. Overall a good experience.

Terrible !!!! Badly run by management!!! No eggs,bacon or bread… Simple ingredients.. So no breakfast!! Then no standard fizzy drinks on pump Only cans or bottles. Then team member cleared our table when we hadn’t even finished Even thou we left stuff on table to state we was coming back Staff told us to retrieve our drinks ets from bin area No thanks!! Dissatisfied not up to jd’s reputation!!
