Warm, comfortable, buzzy bar. Very wide range of beers and good cider. A slightly older crowd and great service. Looking forward to a return visit

Love this little cafe bar tucked away in an inner courtyard in the Lace Market. Fabulous selection of beers including some Belgian favourites on tap such as Cherry Chouffe and Bruges Zot. Friendly staff and pleasant garden if the weather permits.

This restaurant has a fantastic selection of beer. There is usually plenty of space, and they even have the option to dine outdoors when the weather is nice. It is hidden away, so usually only frequented by those in the know. The staff is excellent.

The Kilpin never let's you down with it's ever changing menu. We had the squash and sweet potatoe burger with fries and the vegan hot dog with fries. The burger was lovely and the hot dog was fabulous, it was a moving mountain one and they make superior fake meat products so I am always glad to see them on the menu. The fries were lovely and crispy everything was well cooked and seasoned but the star if the show were the frickles. The portion was HUGE (and only £3.50), the batter was crisp and flavorful and they were accompanied with a lovely mustard mayo that complemented them perfectly. Best frickles ever.
