Possibly the best pie I have ever had, home made by Anne, great ales and ciders, can’t wait to go back!!

Once upon a time all home made pies and home made chips were almost as good as this. Outstanding. Nicely kept pint too.

Since I wasn't in the mood for the Sunday Roast, I asked if there was another option available. I was offered Lasagne, and it was fantastic! There's also a selection of pies, which I tried on a previous visit, and I can recommend those as well!

Excellent pub, excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent staff, excellent service and all in an amazing setting and able to stay in our Motorhome in the car park...... What more could anyone ask for? Can't wait to return to Norfolk to come back again thank you all so much

Great atmosphere! A beautiful and welcoming pub with an excellent selection of beers, ales, gin, and apple wine (the rhubarb cider comes highly recommended!). The chef deserves a shout-out! We sampled the chicken and leek pie as well as the steak and ale pie, both of which were outstanding! The homemade baked goods were delightful, and the filling was delicious, with the mash being particularly good. Everything was served on clean plates. It's also dog-friendly, and our pup loved all the attention. Highly recommended!

There’s nothing negative to say about The Horses. The owners are fantastic and have truly made it the heart of the community and beyond! The food is excellent, and they offer a great selection of beers, spirits, and mixers. We recently held our wedding reception there for a government-sanctioned group of 15, and the pub did an absolutely wonderful job! My now-wife, our family, and I had an amazing day and were incredibly well taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended as a local pub!

I recently had an incredible lunch celebrating my father's 80th birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. The warm hospitality from the entire staff added a special touch to the day. Thank you for contributing to such a memorable experience. The pub itself is a fantastic country establishment. I ordered the steak pie, chips, and vegetables, and it was absolutely delicious—everything tasted homemade and fresh, with none of that mass-produced feel.
