The Kings Head Bar and Grill, Worcester

Second visit here with colleagues. Food again was great. I had baked Brie followed by lamb leg steak on garlic mask with veg. All beautifully cooked. Portions are big and you certainly will not leave hungry. Nice atmosphere

Impressed with the food and prices. Service was really good for a pub on Saturday night, loads of attention paid to us and they left us plenty of time to relax. Really impressed with TheKings Head and will defiantly go again!

We enjoyed three out of four meals at this restaurant, with one dish being a bit cold. Unfortunately, there was a long wait for our meals, which was frustrating. My husband had to check at the bar twice to make sure we hadn't been forgotten.

Normal looking bar with exceptional food. Service was acceptable, nothing special. The food however was delicious!!! We do not live locally to Worcester, however, my partner and I are already planning a return visit soon to enjoy another yummy meal.

The food was very good and the waitress was pleasant friendly, however as the waiting staff were also serving at the bar and it was busy, the service was a little slow. We asked for the bill which was brought to us, but then we seemed to be forgotten. I had to attract the attention of the waitress to take payment.

Atmosphere was really dull as extremely quiet for a bank holiday Sunday. One of the starters was actually dried up so we complained and they took this off the bill ... mains were ok and desserts were not as described on the menu and not cooked correctly .... 2 desserts were removed from the bill. Really disappointing as had to point out the bad food ... would have hoped that management would not have wanted to serve it to us ... we will not be going back there

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's tastes, with each dish prepared, presented, cooked, and deliciously flavorful. The gin selection is also outstanding. During a family gathering, we found our bar tab to be double the food bill, but it was well worth it for the fantastic evening we had. The staff were exceptional, even taking our drink orders directly at the table, which was greatly appreciated.

Lunchtime on Saturday. The food was delicious, but the service was subpar. Initially, the service was good, but once we got our food (which was excellent), we were neglected. When I asked the hostess if we could order drinks, she politely told me to go to the bar myself. Later, I couldn't find anyone to ask for the bill, so I had to go back to the bar. Eventually, I had to bring a staff member to the table so we could pay for our meals. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was slightly embarrassing as I had recommended the restaurant.

We went to The Kings Head to celebrate my husbands birthday. We booked in advance and initially things weren’t too bad but after ordering the food it all went down hill! We arrived at 7.30 and at 8.30 we were still waiting for starters, the starter I ordered didn’t state it sits on mayonnaise hence when it arrive I sent it back as I don’t eat mayonnaise. I was then told that another starter would take 10 minutes so I told them not to worry and I would stick to the main on it’s own, a minute later our waitress came back with my new starter which actually was the original one that they had just moved onto a different plate and tried to hind the mayonnaise it had on it!!
