Only went in for a meal but the results were very patchy, and one meal inedible Location: 4

The gammon was overcooked and dry. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, there was no adjustment made to the bill.

Had steak ale pie with chips, veg gravy. Got to say it was great. All of us had great meals fairly reasonable. Then retired to the bar by the fire spent all evening drinking chatting. Very relaxed atmosphere. Defo be back. Service: 5 Location: 5

I loved it, all the food was great, the people were super nice and the rustic atmosphere gives it a perfect touch, the rooms are super comfortable, the only thing is the beds that were not completely comfortable but otherwise great Food drinks: The homemade food was very good and at a very good price, especially the children's menu. The staff here are so amazing and friendly. They were extremely helpful and gave us great advice on easier ways for us to get into London. Me and my sister would gladly stay here again. The food and drinks were great and I loved the cozy feel of the place, was a bit hard to sleep due to being close to the train track but it was not that bad. Rooms: 4 Speisekarte ansehen

I’ve stayed at this restaurant on two extended occasions, and they treated me like family. The staff is wonderful, the owner is amazing, and I highly recommend this place. As for nearby activities, it's located very close to Warner Brothers Leavesden, home to the Harry Potter attraction. The menu is excellent, and the food is delicious! I would rate the rooms a 5 and the service a 5 as well.

A very quaint hotel in a great location. Around the corner from Harry Potter Studios. The staff was very nice, quick and very attentive. The prices for food and drinks are very, very good!! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Old building with low ceilings. The food was fresh, very tasty and in large portions. The selection of drinks was also great. An absolute recommendation. Nearby activities: Not far from the Harry Potter Studios. Walk 20 minutes, with an UBER 5 minutes.

· It was such a quaint place, very beautiful. The staff were exceptionally obliging and extremely friendly (a taxi driver told us the rude one left finally! The Dining room and pub seating area was lovely. We ate and relaxed in the back garden which was really comfortable and smart. The food was lovely, good sized portions and a varied menu. We visited Warner Bros Studio and stayed here overnight so no big rush home. It's about a 5-10 minute drive away from the studio. The beds were very comfortable, room a nice size, all clean. There was a kettle, which I hadn't seen on the facilities list, so that was nice too. The trains did run through the night and were a little noisy but getting to sle... Speisekarte ansehen
