Desperate for coffee and sustenance we jumped into The Living Cafe. They service was friendly and they had gluten free crumpets which is one of my favourites! If I lived nearby this would definitely become my regular.

We popped here for a coffee the other day, my husband decided to have the full breakfast. Excellent food, nice sausage and bacon, and lots of it! The waitress was friendly. The coffee was really nice. Will definitely go back.

This restaurant is a hidden gem with outstanding service. I tried the full English breakfast and avocado egg and bacon on sourdough, both were perfect. I wish I lived closer so I could come back more often, but I will definitely visit again. Speisekarte ansehen

Owner is an absolutely lovely and friendly guy. Food and drinks were delicious! (we ate an english breakfast and the special, which was seafood tacos). Service was fantastic. The cafe is decorated nicely and is clean and organised with lots of seating. I will definitely be coming back.

My husband has various food allergies and as a result we have been avoiding going for breakfast until we found this place. They have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy free options and they make sure that these foods are cooked separately to ensure no mishaps. I’m so pleased to have found this place. Not to forget the excellent service from the staff as well!

This cafe is in a great convenient location and has lovely friendly staff so I wish I could compliment the food and value to the same length but unfortunately I can’t. Being vegan it is very difficult to find places to eat in Maidstone and so I was happy to find out there were two vegan options on the menu, however when we got there they had run out of sourdough and so one of the options was unavailable. This happens, I understand, especially being vegan it is very difficult to find menu options, in the end I ended up going for a sandwich and salad (not vegan) which cost £5.95 which was a bit steep considering it was the same as something I could have made myself at home and the bread seemed...
