The Melville Inn - Speisekarte

this was my 3rd visit at the melville inn and not even I was disappointed. infact this was my wedding party and all invited by the meals and the staff were excellent. would recommend this list to everyone.

We made an online reservation for a table for eight and received a confirmation email for our Boxing Day meal. The staff were extremely friendly and were especially kind to our two energetic children, who are seven years old.

Only open to residents Monday Tuesday currently, so wasn't too busy. Last food orders 19:30. Service was very good and food delivered quickly. All dishes were hot and very tasty. There was a good range of options across the menu. We'll definitely be back.

Probably (definitely) the best burger I've ever had, anywhere! We had Fish and chips, the House burger and a calamari starter with the mains. Everything was top notch, couldnt have asked for anything better. The host's were a delight too. We'll definitely be going again when we next visit Scotland. Totally understated!

Great service from Nicole this morning. Busy breakfast service but she was on top of everything and made sure we didn 't wait long. Anytime we seen staff it was her, so kudos! Even if she is, as her sticker said ready to pop , she is a fantastic asset to her workplace! Thank you for keeping two rough people sane this morning!

Food was brilliant, I had the slow cooked beef which was lovely. Everyone else (6 other people) enjoyed their various dinner choices. We were sat near the fire, which was a treat on a cold evening. Prices were good, had a variation of average to expensive depending on the meal you picked. Service was slow but we didn't mind too much as we were not in a rush. All in all, lovely food, facilities and staff.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff; we felt very welcomed right away. My partner ordered the chicken cake and thoroughly enjoyed it, while I had the steak, which was cooked perfectly. To top off the meal, we had dessert that was absolutely delicious—I had the apple cake and my partner opted for the chocolate brownie. A special thank you to the chef for the wonderful food. I will definitely be back!

Spotless clean Food of a high standard, well presented and fresh and fairly priced Friendly relaxed atmosphere Good place to even sit and enjoy a drink Plenty spaces in adjacent carpark and disabled spaces and access We shall return Well deserved 5

We had a wonderful morning at the breakfast event with Santa, bringing our 8-year-old and 1-year-old along. There were plenty of crafts and activities to keep the kids entertained, and the breakfast for them was lovely. Santa was fantastic, too! The tea, coffee, and pastries were perfect for the parents. The venue was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great way to spend a morning during the Christmas season!
