The customer service was excellent with delicious food. I had beef curry, egg fried rice, and Singapore ho fun which were all very tasty.

Gemma/Jemma's customer service is top-notch - always friendly and willing to help with anything. The food is exceptional, better than anywhere else, and consistently served hot and on time.

I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious, and the person on the phone, Cara, is very friendly. Delivery is usually fast, and they will inform you if there are any delays. I suggest trying the chilli shredded beef - it's fantastic!

A few years ago, my favorite restaurant was The Pearl. However, I switched to Food Top for a while until I noticed that their portions had become too small. Disappointed, I decided to go back to The Pearl. The food is generally good, although it can be a bit heavy on the MSG sometimes. Despite this, I plan on returning to The Pearl in the future.

My partner wanted me to share this here... He went to this restaurant last night to pick up some takeout after having a rough day. A young girl wearing pink served him and noticed he looked upset. She asked if he was okay and reassured him that better days would come. He was touched by her kindness and said the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I placed an order for food at 6:10pm and still haven't received it by 7:50pm. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay, the woman on the phone was rude. We overheard her saying to someone else that the food should have been ready by now, but she told us over the phone that it was still cooking and would be out shortly. That was 25 minutes ago. When we confronted her about the wait, she rudely mentioned that the shop was busy and then hung up the phone. We have always ordered from this restaurant, but after today's service, we will not be ordering again. Service: Delivery.

We have been ordering from this restaurant for several years and have always experienced quick delivery service. However, tonight was a terrible experience as we had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for our food. When we called to inquire about our order, we were told that they were just cooking it now, which was frustrating. When we expressed our disappointment with the service, the person on the phone proceeded to verbally abuse us, refuse to listen, and continue to be rude and deceitful. This incident has ruined our long-standing customer relationship, and we will never order from this restaurant again due to the rudeness and dishonesty displayed.
