I highly recommend visiting this wonderful pub! The new owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a great time enjoying a few drinks in the large beer garden. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. Overall, I give this place a perfect score of 5 in all categories.

What a gem of a find for a Sunday roast, lovely carvery lots of choice recommend the pork with crackling was mouth watering veg spot on too... didn't book a table but found a table in bar area there's fair bit of room for walk ins. This is the best pub in the area!! The new owners Jake and Lindsay are the kindest people I have ever met. The drinks are perfect and the atmosphere is one you won’t want to ever leave!! There is an AMAZING garden that is pet friendly and it is beautiful. Don’t miss out on this pub!! I've been to the Red Lion many times since Jake and Lindsay and took over, and have not been disappointed once. The draught beer is cold every time and they have plenty of options. They had a few oktoberfest beers that were really good. It was exciting to have a bigger selection for that time. The food is well- prepared, cooked, and served. The soup is always piping hot, but not too hot! Their tagliatelle dish is to die for. I've even given a chance to some of their vegetarian options although I'm not vegetarian myself and they were delicious! The menu has options for everyone, even the kiddos, without being over or underwhelming. Dessert is a must at this pub! Their sticky toffee pudding ME... Speisekarte ansehen
