we had just lunch on Sunday, it was really nice, all the courses were good and the bark was really tender.

friendly pub with generous portions. varied menu with a lot of space in the interior. if they're in the opposite, they could make much worse than they were in the middle.

We went today for lunch to celebrate two 60th birthdays Chris and Kim food was great lovely friendly bar staff nice to find good food at a good price pub is looking good some nice changes to garden and areas in pub pool table...new furniture

Decided to try here today as so glad we did. Had the best homemade pub food in a very long time and the size of the meals were very generous too. Strongly recommend chicken carbonara (hot to eat till the last mouthful) and steak and...ale pie was excellent Definitely going back and soon.

Haven’t been here for a few months but was pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken burger n chips. Unbelievably tasty. Two portions of chicken breast in a light batter served in a brioche bun. So tender filling. Accompanying chips and salad also lovely. Definitely...coming back really soon. A definable crowd pleaser.

A group of 30 of us prebooked at the Sans Pareil. We prebooked the meals and asked for a 7.30 sitting. At 7.30 we were asked if everyone had arrived and when we confirmed that they all had, the meals started to come out and...within a few minutes all 30 of us were enjoying a really decent meal together. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly and courteous, the food was very good, and everything worked to make a really pleasant atmosphere. I have no doubt that we will come back again to the Sans Pareil very soon. A decent meal at a good price in a nice location.

Ordered started and main. And for a children meal to come out with starters, 50 minutes later still nothing, another 10 minutes again still nothing, Then 5 minutes later everything at once Cold over cooked wrong stuff even bought out Poor service from staff. The...young girl looked like she had no clue. And got the order wrong. Didn’t eat the food left. Still payed wasn’t even an apology I wouldn’t mind we was the only table in there and the first though the door Shame really as we had food in there 4 weeks before and it was amazing and beautiful and service was great But this day was like they didn’t care

a word. disgusted. booked a table for 12 people for this afternoon back in the oktober and as we 'on time' on, the renter said that we did not have them booked. I showed him the booking confirmation on my phone and everything he wanted was, I never sent you this, and I don't know what worked with me. Its on a main road and you could easily just drive past without a thought but locally it has a very good reputation. We went there for a group lunch (12) by prior booking. That was fine but they only had one chef lady who...struggled when we all ordered different items from the menu. We should have thought of that and must take some blame. We could have preordered our individual dishes and the kitchen would have coped much better be fair. All dishes arrived eventually but at staggered intervals so our gang opted to eat away regardless.
