Excellent customer service! All the staff were wonderful today—so helpful and kind. The food was delicious, with lots of nice little extras. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a family dinner!

The bar staff and waiter were fantastic, and the drinks were excellent. However, the food took an extremely long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was disappointing. I won't be returning.

a very nice layout good size tables for large families. friendly staff and fast service was eating all the good bar the ribs a bit short meat unfortunately. except that we really enjoyed it 3 adults and 5 children and the bill was not blackmailed.

I was disappointed with the breakfast menu; the selection was quite limited. There were no coffee cups available, and the bread seemed to have been defrosted in the microwave. Additionally, the service was very slow. Honestly, this was the worst breakfast experience I've had at a Harvester.

I had a good hearty breakfast with unlimited coffee and friendly service. The restaurant is accessible, with easy access for those with barriers and a conveniently located disabled toilet in the bar area. On previous visits, the waitress kindly offered to fill a bowl of salad for me, which I thought was a lovely gesture. However, I do find the chairs a bit uncomfortable, especially for longer stays; some softer, padded seating would be much more pleasant. I always enjoy my visits to Harvester with my Staghound, who is my companion.

We stayed at a hotel in Basingstoke and decided to visit a nearby restaurant. The staff was really friendly and offered the usual menu typical of a Harvester. We enjoyed the salad bar, which was quite standard. My partner had the grilled chicken with jacket potatoes and a green sweet gravy, and she said it was really nice. I ordered the ultimate mixed grill, and it didn't disappoint. It came with steak, ribbed gammon steak, chicken, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, fried eggs, and chips. Everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious—a true meat feast! The staff was very friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant start to our weekend.
