We only went here for dinner but I really think it warrants a review. The food was delicious and most of all the staff were so lovely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend you visit here. Service: 5 Location: 5

Whilst having a few days in the Cotswolds with my wife we had a meal here. What a gem of a place. An old school restaurant just like they used to be! Proper old school service . Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The open fire in the lounge provides an incredibly warm welcome. The grounds, our room, the food, and the staff are all superb. Had a meal in the restaurant. Sunday lunch. Very nice indeed! Gorgeous surroundings. Tasty fresh food, ample drinks and very friendly, professional members of staff to attend to you. Family members had food at the lodge Saturday afternoon. Very expensive £12.50 for four very small sandwiches and a fraction of stiff salad very small portions in general. Bought two packets of crisps to try to liven up what we were eating, and was charged £4.60 £2.30 packet, small bag), total p...ss take. Had a pint of London pride beer which was as flat as a pancake... and left a third of it in the glass. Totally unacceptable for just under £40 for two people and definitely will not be going there again.

Lovely, character filled hotel right in the middle of Stow. The bar and lounge are olde worlde and full of ambience. The gardens were delightful, sitting and enjoying an afternoon beverage. The rooms are fine, the only addition I would have liked is a fridge. The food in the restaurant, both for the evening meal and breakfast was lovely. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were very accommodating, nothing was too much and they were so hard working. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be returning. Speisekarte ansehen
