Staff were great, food was great, very tastey burger but menu range limited. Apparently Sunday roasts are to die for so it seems always packed out. But a great village pub, well worth a visit. Service: 5 Location: 4

Absolutely delicious meals this evening . Cannot fault the food or service. The venison was cooked to perfection and so tasty and the chicken and chorizo croquettes were fabulous. Highly recommended! Service: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

I had Sunday lunch there for the first time and was very impressed with both the food and the service. The roast beef and pork shoulder were cooked to perfection, just like the roast potatoes and parsnips. Overall, it was an excellent meal. We will definitely be returning.
