"I really don't understand why this hotel only has three stars. Small hotel, fully equipped. The atmosphere in the bar is great and the food in the restaurant is well done! Apart from being basically old and in need of repairs, the room is basically a five-star hotel. The only bad thing is that the isolation room is too noisy and I can hear people talking all the time. Lovely location. Only called in for a quick visit. Clean and comfortable. Nearby activities: The Tullie was situated near to the Loch and boat moorings. Service: 4 Location: 5

Popped in for lunch on a wet day after a wee scoot up the showers of the loch.... Really good food and a very warm welcome and chat. One very very minor criticism though was finding the door to go in as an A frame advertising hoarding gave the impression they were closed..... Service: 5

Badly let down by another hotel and booked this at 20 minutes notice. Lovely warm and inviting room. Exceptional breakfast. Afternoon Tea for four was a real treat. Exceptional service when booking very helpful with regards to providing specific sandwich fillings for one guest and also catered very well with the dairy free requirement. Waiting staff were very kind bringing out the birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday to a very surprised eight year old! An absolute delight and we’ll definitely be back. Service: 5 Location: 5
