"Visited here during a recent holiday in London with my husband and children as we wanted to eat somewhere that wasn't a full restaurant. The lamb biryani has to be the best biryani I have ever eaten, so much so that we popped back in before our journey home two days later to pick up another one to have on the train! We will be back when we are next in London. Highly recommended for an authentic meal."

I've been a regular for the past year. And I've worked my way through the menu. The wraps pretty big, but the rice options are getting really filling. It's pretty small, but the wait to get a takeaway is always pretty short..

I had the Tifinbox deal for £8. That was 2 different curries with rice, bread, salad sauces. That is considersbly cheaper than any other Indian restaurant within zone 1 of London. Stumbled upon this lovely place on our visit to Brick lane. Ordered a portion of dal kachori, which we found comparable in taste to what we find back in India. A cup of masala chai to go with it is just what we needed! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Indian street food!

I'm afraid I'm addicted and eat here most lunchtimes. A compact menu with weekly specials this compact cafe gets busy just after noon each day and doesn't calm until 2pm so not suitable for a relaxing meal unless you go later. They serve a constant stream of takeaways and wraps from £4.99 to £6.50 with sides and drinks also on offer. Go an try you won't be disappointed
