Cancelled order after 1 hour and it is not really on as I was expecting my food what a massive let down. Won’t be going here ever again.

I have had my orders cancelled multiple times and have had to wait up to 5 days for my refund from Uber. Please update your opening hours if you are closed.

Absolutely disgusting service. Hands down worst food place in Swindon. As I now see it is common practice to cancel the order after customer waits an hour!!

They keep on cancelling orders after 1h. Could have cancelled the instant we placed the order instead they waited for one hour tricking us into believing that we’ll receive the order. This is just wrong!

I was passing by and decided to stop in for a breakfast sandwich. The staff member did not seem very friendly and the food was not of great quality. It was disappointing, but perhaps it was just an off day.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The food arrived hot and delicious, and the driver was friendly with a smile. There was a wide selection to choose from, and the delivery was quick. The food was presented in a heat-saving tray-style box, which was a nice touch.

Ordered our food at 11am our food arrived at 1pm , 2 hours late . We were given one update to say it would arrive no later than 12:25 and that was also not true . Contacted the restaurant (if you can even call it that) and the person that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. When I said how long we had been waiting the person responded with they don’t know where the food has gone and that it’s been with the delivery driver for the last hour .they also tried to make out we were liars for saying how long we had waited . Food arrived cold (as we expected with the ridiculous delay). Bacon was undercooked and everything was soaked in grease. I would strongly advise to never order from here...
