The location is far from tourist routes but having said that it was not overly too busy. Loved seeing Usain's memorabilia. Would have loved it if the owner was on site! Hahaha

We waited minutes for the food to come out although the restaurant was empty. When we asked why it was taking so long we were told the order hadn't been put in yet as they forgot! Ridiculous...;.

After waiting 45 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was completely empty, we inquired about the delay and were informed that our order had not even been placed because it was forgotten. Absolutely ridiculous. Speisekarte ansehen

The starters were nice but the mains weren't thats great. The chicken spring rolls were the best. The saltfish fritters could have done with some more saltfish flavour and the jerk prawns were ok. The jerk chicken and escovitch fish were no better than I've had in the local jerk restaurant. Overall very average.

Everything was great food is amazing! It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was quite empty and we still had to wait minutes for the and then we didn’t even finish eating yet but the waiter put the receipt front of us and said they’re closed. we found it strange as we just got the food mins before but we didn’t make an issue out of it as the food was still very good.

From the time we walked our son commented on how nice the place looked. It was uphill from there on in. The lady that greeted us was very polite and accommodating moving us to a more preferred table The food arrived and was literally gone in 😀 The festivals were the best I had ever tasted, Crispy on the outside and lovely and fluffy on the inside We, myself, hubby, son son all agreed that it was the best Caribbean food restaurant that we've had thus far! my first visit at lunchtime. my colleagues and I were not disappointed at all. the atmosphere is welcoming, beautifully decorated in colors of the Jamaican flag. there are various pictures and vinyls dotted around the restaurant. the bar area looks very appealing. the venue is spacious and well furnished. the staff is friendly and helpful. eating is delicious and well portioned. I had a circus dick that was delicious. there were reggae music that really set a chilled ton. it's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it. we will return after work to see how the evening is. the lady room was clean and well maintained. if they found this review helpful, I would appreciate one. I visited Tracks Records for the second time on a Sunday. The first visit was decent, with good food and quick service, although we experienced a delay due to a malfunctioning card machine. Overall, it was satisfactory. I had planned to celebrate my birthday there with my family, but we were not informed that no children were allowed after 8pm, so we were unable to enter. As a gesture of apology, they offered us a discount for our next visit. However, when I returned on Sunday, the experience was disappointing. The salt fish frittas did not contain any salt fish, the rum punch I ordered lacked rum and had to be corrected, and the jerk chicken spring rolls had a bone in them. The main course...

I went to Tracks Records on Sunday (my second time). The first time was ok, the food was nice, service was quick but we had to wait half hour for them to sort out the card machine that wasn’t working. 🙄Aside from that, overall it was ok. Hence I planned to go with the family on my birthday but they didn’t tell us no kids were allowed in after so when we arrived, we couldn’t go in 😡.
