In fact, we often come across places that would like to be, but which leave us disappointed either because they try to be creative , giving up local authenticity to go too far with a gourmet personal touch that cripples, or because on the contrary, they lower the level of the offer, thinking that trattoria is synonymous with an unpretentious tavern.
