"Met and was shown round the Golf club today by Dave Poole! What a great guy!! Seems to have a genuine heart of gold... A warming smile and just down to earth and a pleasure to chat with. I was also shown round the gym and health spa by Jordan and he seems a great lad too. The rest of the staff I met were extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. So that's the staff... The actual golf course itself also looks very good, a lovely 18 hole golf course with a restaurant, golf bar and function room which is a great space for weddings and functions. Very pleasant indeed and the food smelt amazing.. And they currently do a deal £20 for a 3 course meal which seems great value for money, will need to try it to confirm but I don't doubt it looking at the rest of the place. The spa and wellbeing has a gym as mentioned, a steam room sauna tanning room and a whole host of treatments from acupuncture to laser treatments from an extensive list of massages to facials, waxing to full manicures and pedicures. The best advice I can give is go and speak with Dave.. Meet the rest of team have a wander round.. Even try the food! Play a round of golf. "After wanting to visit here for a while I finally got the chance to go!! Was not disappointed, we had afternoon tea and it was lovely!! The staff are very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Millies mother (sorry did not manage to get your name! for being so friendly she really made us have a special time. The cakes on display looked incredible so we also took a slice of cake each home with us to enjoy later. Will return soon."

"Booked for Sunday lunch just the 2 of us to celebrate my husband’s birthday, we both had the 3 courses for £29.95 each. All of the courses were beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant is nicely decorated and tables are well spaced with views of the golf course. The drinks are reasonably priced for a restaurant. Service was very helpful and friendly. My husband had the mozzarella tomato bruschetta starter, roast turkey main, he particularly enjoyed the cranberry stuffing and crème brûlée dessert. I had melon starter, roast beef main which was really nice but, the beef was a little too rare for me and lemon tart dessert was absolutely delicious. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back again."

"Absolute gem of a place. Attentive but not intrusive service from a lovely team of staff. Delicious selection of meals available and all cooked beautifully. We had the 2 course roast dinner special for £14 each. The meat was tender, tasty and plentiful, with a fabulous selection of veg also cooked to perfection. The puddings were more than generous! A genuinely brilliant place to eat out. Thankful that it’s only a stones throw from us but even if it wasn’t, it would be worth a journey!"
