"Having received an email offering a £1.50 hotdog, me and a group of friends decided we would call in to try one of these hot dogs. all ordered Parmo dogs with chips. Luckily we knew what we wanted as there was no menu. Trying to order was a bit of a fiasco as The woman at the bar did not seem to know what she was doing. Two of my friends stood with their cards at the bar for quite a while before the woman told them that the card machine was in fact broken in a snappy tone and that they should go to the Sainsburys cash machine. Next, she took the orders and forgot one of my friends drinks as she left to go cook in the kitchen, leaving my friend stood at the bar waiting. The food came pretty quickly however the chips portions were very small for the price of them. However, they were homemade. We asked the same woman for mayonnaise and vinegar and she sighed and said they are over there before, realising that there was actually no mayonnaise there. The woman then took quite a long phone call before actually getting the sauces we had requested. The mayonnaise was lobbed in the pot in a messy fashion. Our meal was tasty however the customer service was very poor, defiantly more staff required."

We give the food to students that sat next to us as we left before it arrived not sure if it's a family venue or just the day we decided to go! We laugh now but it's was an experience......Taxi

Called in for drinks on a staff night out, it was very quiet so we stayed. There was plenty of seating no loud music so we could hear each other talk. Reasonable choice of drinks and reasonably priced.

Visited here for the third time with a Groupon voucher for burgers and drinks. Food was top quality and delicious. Vast selection of meals and toppings, so there's something for everyone and more than enough to try something different every time you visit. Food is always freshly cooked to order and it's 100% HOME MADE!! The staff are the friendliest you will ever find. They're welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Visited using a Groupon voucher. Recently had a refurb and just started doing food. The quality of food and attention to detail was a lot higher than regular pub food in Middlesbrough, the only aspect that let it down was the quality of the burgers, but for £4.50 each you can't really complain!they could do with some lighting up to the toilets to make it easier to find.Menu was really really good, we will look forward to going again as I'd much rather go here that to the like of a Yates or Whetherspoons.

We went today as had a groupon voucher, didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. My daughter had the original Parmo and I had the pulled pork Parmo, it came with mix of sweet potato and normal homemade chips, coleslaw garlic sauce. It was delicious! We will definitely go again and will happily pay full price. There was a few families sitting inside and a few outside as it was a gorgeous day. The staff were excellent and very friendly. It is a pub setting so not really for special occasions or evening meals but lovely for lunch while shopping, worth the short walk out of town.

We visited as we had a Groupon voucher for drinks and hotdogs. The list of different toppings of the gourmet hotdogs is really interesting and quite impressive! Even a parmo hotdog! The barmaid was so nice and friendly and told me about the different toppings and even recommended one with beef chilli on top, which I ended up getting. Having never eaten there before I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotdog. My other half is a bit of a hotdog connoisseur (and baker) and felt the quality of the bun let the hotdog down (he suggests sourcing and using brioche buns instead). Overall, not bad at all and I think I would go again. Speisekarte ansehen

had a groupon for 2 pork parmos's and went Saturday the 30th August, service was quick and meal hot but the soft drink of coke was flat, the regulars who frequent the place were a wonder to behold NOT ! the language was disgusting with every other word being a swear word and when some of them were going out for a smoke they would shout back and forwards at each other so you couldn't hear yourself think never mind have a conversation with the other half, the parmo was average at best I would say but the chips were devine, have another voucher which I will be giving away as I have no wish to go back and there are plenty of better places to go with a better ambience.

I visited TSOne last night with my husband, son and his girlfriend. We had a couple of drinks each and because we were having a nice time decided to reorder. My sons girlfriend asked for a glass of wine. As soon as she tasted it she said it was awful. My son and I took went back to the bar to ask for a replacement only to be laughed at and told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't be replacing the wine. We asked the barman (blond and extremely rude) to taste the wine and he said no. I asked how they can justify not replacing it when she couldn't drink it. He stood there and laughed at us, and then walked away and just began to ignore us. We won't be visiting again. You are treat like rub...

"We started with the Alkaline Nachos (£10.95), which featured nachos topped with marinated baked quinoa, fried beans, cashew cream, guacamole, pineapple salsa, and pickled red cabbage. The dish was drizzled with smoked cashew cheese. They were delightful, sweeter than any nachos I had before, and had a nice tangy twist. Next, we tried the BBQ Tacos (£9.50), which included shredded carrot in an alkaline BBQ sauce served in a crispy corn shell filled with fried beans and guacamole, along with pineapple salsa and pickled red cabbage, accompanied by a side salad. These were hands down the best BBQ tacos I've had in the north. The Thai Buddy Bowl (£10.95) was another standout dish. It featured orange teriyaki chickpea tofu, surrounded by pineapple "fried" quinoa, purple coleslaw, a Thai side salad with almond and ginger dressing, and quinoa falafels with mango chutney. The blend of flavors was incredible, and this was my favorite dish—something I could happily eat several times a week. I plan to return just for this dish! We also tried the Thai Wrap (£9.95), which contained quinoa and drippy butter falafels wrapped in a soft tortilla with mango chutney, coleslaw, and kimchi—served with a Thai side salad, almond and ginger dressing, and pineapple quinoa. The combination of ingredients in this falafel wrap was unexpected but fantastic. Once again, it was sweeter than I had anticipated. For dessert, we enjoyed the Pink Pitaya Acai Bowl (£5.50), a fruity and smooth blend with celestial blueberries, bananas, kiwi, and coconut—perfect for breakfast! It was a real power breakfast. We paired our meal with Immunity Boost Juice (£4.00 each) made from strawberry, pear, apple, and lemon juice—it was refreshing and invigorating. The Tropical Sunrise Smoothie (£4.50) blended papaya, mango, orange, banana, coconut, maple, and cashew, maintaining the unique flavors of each fruit beautifully. Lastly, we had the Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie (£4.50), featuring strawberries, banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, and lemon balm. It might sound odd, but it worked perfectly— the earthy peanut butter provided a lovely texture and taste that complemented the sweetness of the fruit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that was well worth the wait."

"Excellent food, lovely people, so relaxed. We first came years ago, visiting friends in Middlesborough (came from Bolton) and couldn’t find anywhere open to eat, then we followed our noses (and the heavenly scent of garlic) and found our favourite restaurant. We tell everyone...about it! Tonight we returned on our final night of a stay in Saltburn. We booked and travelled the min journey to eat at this gorgeous corner of Italy hidden away in the town. There weren’t many people in with it being mid-week but there was a steady stream of deliveries being collected (oh to live close enough for that and a gentleman eating at the bar. Really felt authentic. I love that this place has none of the pretentiousness you find in some places. The welcome is always warm, you never feel rushed, and nothing is too much if you have a question, ask it. You’ll feel like you’re chatting to old friends. The host (Rosetta) made us feel like the kitchen was cooking just for us and the waitress (who we remembered from last time too) was so warm and friendly. I had the antipasti starter wow! What an impressive collection of fresh flavours. See the pic! So simple but so tasty. My mum wolfed down the pâté with chunky rounds of gorgeous baguette toasts, and our friend had the potato skins. The waitress commented we had ordered good sharing options but we were each very protective of our plates! Mains came and they were equally as fantastic. I had the pizza Elianos Parma ham, rockette, Parmesan, fresh basil, and added olives. The crust looked thick at the edges but it was light, and thin beneath the toppings: just perfect. My mum loved her pasta dish with chicken in a spicy tomato sauce; there wasn’t much evidence there had been anything in the bowl when she was done! Our friend ordered the lasagne. Having sampled many, and judged whether she would return to a restaurant based on its quality, she is quite a critical diner. She loved it. The part she couldn’t manage, she boxed up and her daughter had eaten it within ten minutes of it crossing the threshold! We ended our evening with a chat with our host, smiling and content. We left with our tummies and our hearts satisfied. We can’t wait to come back!"
