"I am writing this as we finished our 2nd visit in 2 days to this lovely restaurant. We were in a hired car from Venice when we asked our driver (local Corvara resident) if he had a recommended place to eat. Adlerkeller was the only one he mentioned. Food was delicious. If you are tired of Italian food, you will be happy here. We had onion soup, escargot, beef tartare, one of the steaks, pork shank, ravioli etc. Lots of wine by the glass, perfect for us who don't like drinking the whole bottle Service was excellent. Unobstrusive but attentive. Feels like a relaxed fine dining place. Both times we ended up paying around euro 160 for 3 pax which is excellent for this quality. We have 3 more nights in Corvara. I am pretty sure we will come back 1 more time to Adlerkeller."

"I have mixed feelings on this restaurant. It 's nice inside and feels like a mountain/ski eatery, which of course it is. I had the wiener schnitzel. It was good, but the dish could have had some sauce to add flavor. It was very large and cooked nicely, but almost too much breading to the very thin piece of veal. It came with french fries, which was a surprise to see on the menu and I would have preferred a vegetable or something else. My wife had Roberto white Spätzle with alpine cheese fondue, onion and crispy farmer 's speck, which was quite good. Neither one of us could finish the portions were so large. We both enjoyed her meal better than mine. So here 's the questionable part. Several times while we were there, when diners would leave a table after eating, the wait staff would clean the table, but any silverware that appeared to them to be unused, went back into the drawer to be used when setting the next table. So wrong. Made us look at our silverware, but too late as we 'd already used them. My wife did not use her knife, but she had gotten a spot of food on it and wiped it off before we noticed this practice. Because of that, she intentionally got it dirty again so it would not be reused. We can 't help but wonder how often people get silverware that isn 't really clean. You 'd think having just gone through Covid, no restaurant would do this. So while the food was a 3.5 or 4, I can 't give higher than a 3 because of this unhealthy practice just to save a little dishwashing."

"We felt very good here, the hotel was recently renovated, so its modern and well equipped. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In summer you can bring your dog for a small fee. Food was amazing, once a week cook prepare tasting menu 4 courses for hotel guests, food was fresh and made at home. I would appreciate a little larger offer for breakfast, but it was enough to consider that we visited in low season and hotel was relatively empty. There is also wellness, but we have not visited so that I can not check. Overal i would give 5/5 do not dissapointed."

"the restaurant, under a modern building, recreates rustic environments with style and abundance you transennial separating tables, added for covid. the service is fast and kind. the menu offers pizzas at high prices and different dishes in part traditional, in addition to the dish of the day. in the menu you always pay the covered of 1,5 euros for a tablecloth of paper, even if they do not bring bread and also with pizza. we liked it and we returned 3 times always trying different dishes. on the first day with an excellent special pizza, very dear, and the dish of the day, goose but hard pig, with a small salad and half liter of wine we spent 63 euros, dear. better the other day with an average of 40 euros drinking beer. the philosophy of the room was expressed when I took a marinara pizza (only tomato and garlic) that costs 7 euros, already dear, but I recommended not to soothe with garlic and I added anchovies: result 1 euro for extra garlic and 2 euro pe the anchovies. good pizza, but I never ate a marinara at 10 euros, 11.5 with the covered. accept credit cards. do not accept reservations and therefore it is better to go very early to avoid long waits."
