"Brilliant staff, excellent food, great atmosphere and very comfortable. This was a really enjoyable dining experience (having stayed overnight our Italian breakfast lived up to the super quality of the previous nights meal). The menu covered the usual range of Italian dishes but also offered some more adventurous choices. We also received some excellent advice on the choice of wine. Certainly, everything we had was fantastic and given that it was a wet and stormy Wednesday evening we were glad we booked because the place was full. The feel of the restaurant was really relaxed and fun to be in and we certainly hope to return when next in the area."

Really enjoyed this place, our first visit. A nice welcome and good atmosphere. Quick (and unprompted) delivery of water to the table. Other drinks took a bit longer due to a mix up but easily forgiven after an apology and explanation. Food was lovely plentiful, well prepared, and piping hot. And service charge was NOT automatically added to the bill, so happily did so ourselves. Would be delighted to visit again.
