Vodka Revolution Leeds

Four of us went to a bottomless brunch and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end! It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but the service was high quality. The other couple in our group was running late, and the staff held our table for 15 minutes while we waited. Once we were seated, our waitress (I believe her name was Sasha) was incredibly helpful and attentive. The drinks were excellent, and the food was good for what it is! I would highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately even though our server was a polite girl, you could see she had defeat written all over her face. We ordered drinks a few times and then the order would be forgotten, we'd then have to order again. A few times we had no drink of the table, which isn't exactly a bottomless concept. The issue is the bar staff couldn't keep up with the demand of bottomless brunch and the Christmas Saturday rush. I wouldn't come for brunch here again there are way better ones in Leeds!

Paid £60.00 for premium cocktail masterclass which didnt receive everything stated- games and vodka train. Absolutly devasated with no response to numerous emails that I've sent to them regarding what happened and how upset I was. This was for my Hen Party in which myself and friends paid an extautionate amount. Do not go if you want to recieve games or vodka train. Quite happy to take your money and not give the service in which was stated within the premium masterclass description!

Placed order for food and drinks, although limited choice as items greyed out on menu using app.. Food came ok. Not cutlery or napkins. Had ordered two cokes and cocktail at start of food order. No drinks provided before food served and even had to keep asking for drinks whilst eating food. Managed to finish food but left gasping for drink which eventually came when meal almost done. Waitress who hadn’t been there long most apologetic over service, but won’t be going back unless standards improve. Suggest to anyone going to order at bar rather than table.

An awful experience! I have often been to Revolution for brunch and have never received such appalling service. We were booked in for a bottomless brunch for 2 hours in this time we only received 3 drinks, someone's food on the table came out later than everyone else's, the staff tried to get us to clear our table 15 minutes early as they needed it obviously double booked. Staff were rude didn't even ask if we would mind moving early, it was getting told we had to. Spoke to manager about the issues and it was clear they weren't that bothered about the poor service.

Me and my partner went to Revolutions on the 18th of November and the bar area was pretty packed due to the bottomless brunch that was being offered but even though it was busy we were taken care by the wonderful Ruby May who not only offered friendly conversation but was also a delight to be around. She was polite and thoughtful despite with how busy it was. Couldn't ask for better even though we were moved due to a mistake but was compensated generously by the staff. Overall, couldn't ask for a better service overall by Ruby and the rest of the staff. Will be returning for the bottomless brunch next time.

I visited this venue for the first time, as I am familiar with the Rev brand. I arrived around 3pm and found the venue to be quiet, likely due to it being a midweek afternoon with only a few tables occupied. We ordered drinks from our table using the app, but they took longer than expected to arrive. There were two staff members at the end of the bar who seemed busy with a laptop. We couldn't find garlic bread on the app for my daughter, so we asked a waitress about it. She said she would check with the kitchen, but unfortunately, she never returned. When she reappeared, she started working at a cutlery/condiment station. We decided to order our food through the app and continued to wait for...

My cousin booked us in here for a brunch for her sister in laws hen party .. we arrived on time and were shown to our table .. there was around 18 of us in our party and it was very busy .. payment was taken straight away and bottles of Prosecco brought to the table which we never ordered ..whilst we were enjoying this our drinks order was taken .. I ordered aperol spritz and a few others ordered cocktails .. the waitresses did a pretty good job at keeping us watered although some drinks were missed and wrong drinks brought out throughout and did seem quite panicked at times and seemed to be finding it hard to keep up with everyone not just our table .. the looks on their faces said it all b...

I had a terrible experience at Thank U Next Brunch. My friend and I went to the Valentine's bottomless brunch to catch up, but it was a total nightmare from start to finish. When I arrived, our table wasn't ready, so I was told to grab a drink at the bar (which cost an additional £10 on top of the brunch). After waiting for about 15 minutes, a manager came over, apologized, and gave us some free shots.
