"The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially the bruschetta starter which was fresh and full of flavor with perfect texture. All the dishes we tried were outstanding, but the standout was the half chicken with dips. While not the cheapest option, the quality of the food makes it reasonable value for money. However, our experience was marred by poor service - despite multiple attempts to get the attention of waitstaff, it took four of them to finally bring us a glass of house red during our main course. In contrast, the gentleman next to us received his glass of water within 30 seconds. This made us feel like second-rate customers and unfortunately, it overshadowed the excellent food. While we commend the chef, it's a shame that their hard work is let down by others. Despite this, our experience may not be typical and so I have left a rating of 4 stars."

"We had reserved for our wedding anniversary dinner for 7.30pm on a Sunday evening. On arrival, the table we were offered was not acceptable and we were reluctantly given a quieter, more suitable one. Service was initially prompt, knowledgeable and cheerful. The house wines by the glass were good value. Our starters, a cheese souffle and steak tartare, were excellent. My wife chose the beef bourguignon which was OK but my belly pork Cassoulet was disappointing. It was too dry, the sausage was tough and clearly not a typical Toulouse saucisson and there was a surplus of bread crouton. My dessert, an Almond financier, was superb. By about 9pm, the restaurant was nearly empty and our waitress was replaced by a scruffily dressed manager who clearly wanted to close as soon as possible which gave a disappointing feeling to the end our meal. I would recommend this restaurant but advise against a late Sunday reservation and to try to book a table as close to the river as possible!"

"Lovely Turkish restaurant located around the corner from Salisbury train station. Quite quiet on a Saturday evening, but service was nice. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was lovely- and received a bowl of pitta bread before starters, but would have loved additional bowls of bread with a variety of dips. Meals came in a good timely manner after starters and portion sizes was adequate. Lovely tender pieces of meat, halloumi was delicious. Rather expensive though, chips could not be substituted for rice. Would return but too pricey. Thankyou"

"Ich habe meinen Partner zu seinem Geburtstag nach Anokaa gebracht, ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, aber er hatte es nicht getan und es hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war hervorragend, perfekte Portionen und so schmackhaft! Die Angestellten waren super freundlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde Anokaa ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen oder wieder zurückkehren. Tolle"

"All the dishes were incredibly tasty, with top-notch service from the staff. The cozy and welcoming pub had a peaceful atmosphere, making it feel like a neighborhood favorite. I will definitely return for the delicious food and great vibes. Overall rating: 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend trying the Satay Chicken, Thick Fish Curry, Coconut Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, Thai Fish Cakes, and Tiger Prawn Tempura. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: £30–40."
