Review: The service at this restaurant was terrible, with servers being rude and inattentive. The atmosphere was also unpleasant, with a noisy and chaotic environment that made it hard to enjoy our meal. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

I made a reservation for a large group to start off a friend's bachelorette party weekend at Emma West End Tavern. Without me having to ask, they kindly decorated our table, which was a delightful surprise! The food, service, and staff were all excellent, and the atmosphere was very friendly.

The West End Tavern is now under new ownership, and what a great job they are doing. Great staff, as one would expect, and a lovely welcoming ambience just as I'd expected. Very bad experience being a customer at this place now. Wrong (very bad)service and attitude from staff, extremely small portions(half) for adults.Pushing to order the dinner before everyone attend the event. I am really disappointed to see that, as I've been a customer before with the previous owners and that was my favourite place for a dinner. Food: 1

I booked a table for 18.00 for me and my friends and till 18.30 the personal constantly push us to order the food with the excuses that the resturant is fully booked. Also they told us that they won't take a order after 18.30. It is ridiculous if the resturant work till 23.00. On the end of the diner ant 20.00 I did check how many people were in the resturant and obviously the resturant was only 25 full approximate 24 people.. The food wasn't good and the meals were small . So relay disappointed and I will not back there ever..

I have personally eaten at several restaurants in the West End and have always found the food, service, and customer care to be impeccable. Because of this, I decided to celebrate my 4-year-old's birthday dinner at this establishment, along with 9 other family members. I can honestly say that everyone who dined and drank at the West End was impressed with the service and attention we received. Thank you to Emma and Del for accommodating us and making my son's special day beautiful. Your genuine and caring hospitality was truly commendable. Keep up the great work and I hope you are proud of what you have achieved. Thank you once again.
