We went on a day when there was a vintage car event in the attached garden area. Very relaxed atmosphere in the garden and excellent food from the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. Dog friendly and good service.

I would really recommend this place. A lovley village pub with a great outdoor space. We visited whilst it's beer festival was on. There was a great range of beers and also a great food menu cooked outside on a wood fired oven.

Brilliant pub, brewery and restaurant. Last visited 8 years ago and still here and even better. We always visit whenever we come to our favourite place in the country. Owners are excellent and work so hard to please. Highly recommended Speisekarte ansehen

We had a wonderful experience at this charming village pub. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, also receiving a 5 out of 5. We were pleased to find plenty of parking space available as well.

great village pub where polite customers are really well maintained. while we don't live far away, we only discovered the pub when recommended by a friend of a friend. We had our high-time reception there and stepped and gaynor were so courteous with all the changes in the menu and gave us a lot of time to be sure that we knew what we wanted. the beer here is always good, eating is beautiful and plentiful, and the staff really helpful. they now have sheperds huts to rent that are beautiful for couples to escape.

Last night, on November 5th, 2023, we attended a fireworks display. The atmosphere was great and the display itself was excellent. However, we were disappointed with the food available. The hot dogs and burgers were served cold and lacked flavor, with no sauces provided. The burger was dry and the hot dog was cold, including the onions. For the price of £5.00 each, this was very disappointing. Next year, we will eat at home before attending the event. Despite the food, we will still go again as the overall experience was enjoyable.
