Wild Cabaret And Wicked Lounge

I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and always had a great experience. However, on this particular visit, I found it to be extremely expensive, the entertainment was lacking, and the food was average. As a family of 8, we have decided not to return in the future.

The staff were friendly, but the service was extremely poor, with the food being unappetizing and served cold. The entertainment was mediocre. With a group of 34 people, the total cost came to around £4000, making it the worst Christmas outing I've had in a while. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not consider returning.

I would recommend wild cabaret as a great value family event. The service is pretty poor though, seems really badly organised despite everyone having different arrival times. We have been a few times and every time we ho back it's getting worse. The food is good and value for money is excellent sk we will come back. But with a low expectation of service. The food was nice enough, the show was fine, though the acts weren't as good as when we went previously a few years ago. Our main issue was we were overcharged and not even just a little....by £130! Good job I noticed and when I phoned to query it I was told we had been charged twice for our tickets. We were refunded without too much hassle but I did have to chase it up over a few days with an apology. I know mistakes can be made but I felt like some sort of good will gesture would have been nice to encourage us to come back.

I will not be returning to this establishment. The bar staff were very slow, lazy, and rude. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and when I questioned why my bill was higher than expected, they called the manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was argumentative and disrespectful, causing a scene in front of other customers. He eventually had us removed by the security guards, who were the only pleasant part of the experience. If you are seeking good customer service, I would recommend finding a different cafe or bar.

This was our first visit to Wild Cabaret on our Work Christmas party night. The venue was packed ,too many diners per head of staff serving which led to disastrous service waited 80 minutes for first drink !! And an hour and a half before starter was served. Food overall was good not great. We paid £69 for dinner and cabaret , entertainment was good and varied, compare swore too much (Kevin Bridges wanna be !! From Hamilton) and was really quite offensive at times tried frequently to shoosh the audience !! Suffice to say neither myself or my 12 colleagues will be back at any time of year . I like Wild Cabaret for a day/night out. It's generally good value, the food is good quality and the acts are great. But I have a gripe this time we were charged a ten percent surcharge for a table of two, £16! T&c started this applies for table of 10+. While our server was very pleasant, drinks order's were very slow and a bottle of wine was completely forgotten about. If I had more time that afternoon this would certainty have been disputed on the day. In addition you need to consider sound proofing to stop the awful noise from the bar next door, distracting for the audience and disrespectful for your acts.

We went to Wild Cabaret for our works Christmas night out on Saturday, as we've done the past couple of years. Its a lovely venue, staff are always pleasant and food is fab. This year was a little disappointing though compared to previous years. The food was still 10/10, but service was quite slow and some of the acts were a bit dull compared to others we've seen previously. Our main gripe though was when the entertainment finished at 11pm, there was no DJ/Disco on, so the place emptied quicker than Usain Bolt at the 100mtrs. The entertainment was great and enjoyable. The host was hilarious. Unfortunately, the downfall was the service. Table of 12 for a Christmas night out. We had pre ordered our meals, with dietary requirements passed along via email. Starters came out, had to ask the server twice if it was gluten free and he still tried giving me a meal with bread on it. Eventually, got it correct and that server later apologised.
