what a place the food, stuff and restaurant were first class, honest was the best Italian we had in years. also the staff was very efficient and helpful. this restaurant would be highly recommended.

Natty says freaking awesome!. Nice Saturday lunch al fresco style. What more can you ask for. I had a fantastic risotto with chicken and my friend had salad. We were both very impressed by the quality of the food and the salad was exceptionally fresh. Cant fault it in the slightest, the service was fab too.

Linguini ai Frutti di Mare. Mized Scottish fish and shellfish with olive oil, garlic and arsley with your choice of a tomato sugo or bianco sauce 03 Jan, 2011 Branzino allo Zafferano. Whole filleted roasted Sea-Bass, filled with chives and orange zest, served with a saffron risotto and roasted cherry tomatoes 03 Jan, 2011 Cappesante con Pancetta. Seared Scottish king scallops served with grilled pancetta ham with a sun dried tomato dressing.

manager euan welcomed us very well when we came in and supported us on our table. in the midst of a complete swing restaurant, our eating took 35 minutes to come and we were really hungry. the waitress katie really looked after us and kept tabs on our order with the kitchen. we enjoyed a fantastic dinner after eating. everything we have ordered has become amazing in terms of taste and quality. to decide to eat late, waitress katie and manager euan enthused us with free desserts and a few alcoholic drinks. it was really nice of them to do that. for me, this is the most recommended restaurant in the whole of Scotland.

Patio dining. I had just got into town from the US and was looking for a place to eat dinner. I had not checked any reviews, I just wandered out from my hotel and started looking at menus. I eventually ended up at Amarone sitting on the patio The place was enjoyable, I had a chance to watch people as they enjoyed their Saturday The food was good, although I was surprised to not get any butter or dipping sauce with my bread and olive appetizer. My rigatoni Salsiccia was a nice dish for only 9.65 Service for me on Saturday on the patio seemed a little slow. I dont know if that's typical or not, this was my first meal in town.

I went with my work team to amarone for my first work event in Britain. the place looks really great and the staff was really friendly. I have selected a starter, a main dish and a dessert from the dinner menu. I started with an salad with cured meat. Not bad, but I wouldn't ask again. I asked about one of my favourite dishes, mushroom risotto. it was good, but not the best I cost. the dessert was the worst part of my meal.
