For you to understand my review one thing before: Burgers are my passion and I am not easily impressed by burgers. I had the spicy dry aged and it was (almost) the perfect burger. I would have preferred it without bacon and instead a slice of tomato and guacamole, but the meat was beyond perfect and the bun a rich and soft brioche. Easily the best burger I have had in all of Madrid and one of the best ones in the world. My wife had the Yellowstone and that was a nice combination as well, albeit a bit too fancy (you don't really taste the four cheeses because of the overwhelming taste of the marmalade).
