Absolutely terrible. The chips were yesterdays warmed up, ribs totally inedible. I called to discuss and got an extremely rude person who stated ‘well what do you want me to do’ avoid avoid avoid

Sat waiting over 45 minutes after delivery should have arrived. Not even left the shop yet. They don’t even know when driver is going to pick it up. It would be stone cold by the time it arrived but just cancelled. Don’t bother anymore, terrible service.

Ordered our meal at 5:30pm today and it arrived at 7:45pm. The food is always great and we have been customers of Wokstar for years. If you had said it was going to take over two hours, I would of gone elsewhere. Instead you kept us hanging around and waisting our time. Do better

Honestly, I don't really comprehend why Wokstar has so much negative reviews. We've been ordering from Wokstar for 3 years now and there's nothing to complain about. Although the food may arrive a few minutes later when it's busy, the food is good and the delivery is friendly. It's a pleasure to order from here

This used to be very good but of late the food has been poor packed out with onion or carrots or mushroom watery sauce quite a bit in the price increase and on mother's Day I was told 30 to 40 minutes , 1hr 50 minutes later after having to ring and ask where is my food? So needlessly to say they won't be getting any more custom from us.

Wow this place has gone downhill...ordered chicken fried rice with curry sauce and a portion of chips..£11:80 I thought great...until I got home...rice looked like something from uncle Ben's packet white with frozen peas chicken had no flavour I guess they just poach the chicken and chop it so thin...no taste..curry sauce thin and no flavour...chips trying to be home cooked but nasty... never going again...

We been going to Wokstar for over 20 years now and unfortunately had the experience of the place going downhill. Customer service is bad no one wants to help if there's an issue or tell you that the meal is allergy free when it's clearly not. Meat dishes are cut back and bulk up with cheap substitutes. For example the salt pepper ribs come diced for the illusion that your getting more but in fact your getting around 2 1/2 ribs is your lucky and is bulk up with onions. Some of the other dishes are bought out premade that are just pinged in the microwave

We ordered the food at 6:10pm this evening and we’re told it would be an hour. We called to chase up the food at 7:28 and was told the driver had left 10 minutes prior. No food turned up so we chased a second time at 7:43 and still the customer service was non existent. No one could get hold of the driver as he wouldn’t answer his mobile. He eventually turned up at 7:52, we contacted Wokstar to see if any discount due to the lateness of the food and the fa t it wasn’t piping hot (due to being out for delivery for about 30-40 mins). Absolutely useless customer service!! So after this being our preferred Chinese takeaway we’ll now be looking for somewhere new. My advice is order elsewhere unle...

We’ve used Wokstar for 12 years rarely had a problem when we have it’s been rectified with great customer service)…tonight I was told that the food would be 45 minutes. I rang them after an hour to be told that it was out for delivery and ‘it’s just an estimate, we can’t guarantee what time it will get to you’. Wokstar is a 7 minute drive away from our house 15 minutes after I phoned to chase up, it still hadn’t arrived I phoned again.
