Really lovely dining experience this evening at Woods Kitchen. We had a lovely starter and mains (pork belly and the ribs) and the atmosphere was great. The service was good and the staff were very attentive. Great place to go!

Good sized Sunday Roasts, well cooked and presented. Service staff were pleasant and accommodating .Rest of the menu a little uninspiring. The battered fish was a little greasy rather than crispy and a bit bland. Overall OK and would go back for the roasts.

Food was top notch. I had the slow cooked belly of pork with crackling, potatoes, apple sauce, gravy and broccoli. Could of eaten it twice over, it was that good. Fiancee had the southern platter, it was huge. Mum had the hunters chicken, and dad had the pasta a big bowl. Couldn't fault any of it.

it was our first time in the woods this year. we went for a cream tee that scorpses were amazing. I can honestly say that it was the best Sunday dinner I ever had, it was beautiful. the staff is a good font for the forests, they were so warm and friendly .definitely back next year .xxx ps is looking forward to the forests to houses.

This is a lovely restaurant featuring a charming garden at the back. The menu offers an excellent variety of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed that we returned for another meal! The service was fantastic and incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it—Godshill is such a picturesque and beautiful village.

Went here tonight as we had a booking elsewhere which called and cancelled as we were on route... We were glad they cancelled after going here. I had the crispy beef and the pork belly which were both amazing and the pork belly is by far one of the best I've had in a long time. Staff were really friendly and accomidating and venue was simply lovely.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to use a Christmas gift voucher, and I was very impressed. We could choose anything we wanted from the main menu without any price restrictions. The service was excellent; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Now, onto the food—it was beautifully presented and delicious! The portion sizes were also very generous. I will definitely be back after they move and reopen in July or August.

We had the most incredible tipsy afternoon tea, apparently new to the menu we were the first to order it. I can not rate this experience high enough. The staff are amazingly attentive. The setting and decor of the restaurant is beautiful, and very tasteful. We would return to the island even if it was just to do this again. Edit- have been back again for Sunday dinner, and have been looking forward to it ever since we first visited. By far the best pork belly ever.
