"eating was great, as normal! the rumpsteak and pfefferminz sauce was delicious. the seafood daylittle of the daughter was cooked to perfection and the mushles were large and delicious. the wife had tortillas and chili con carne, which were also enjoyable, with ice cold, turbid apple, a big chardonnay and a huge gin. we are coming back! oh and the sunset over the sea proves that they are in a paradise place, must be my favorite spot on the island. a day, live music is a winner on a Friday night. ps I am not connected to someone in the pub oh another bonus, the staff was extremely polite, friendly and courteous!"

Been a couple of years since we came here, looks like it's had a make over . What a fabulous meal, homemade proper pie with a top and bottom, fish and chips and chili. Fabulous way to spend our last night of the weekend break to the island . We'll be back soon

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and everyone at Woodvale was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room featured a double bed and a twin bed, which was perfect for traveling with my 7-year-old daughter. We enjoyed a beautiful view from our room and loved sitting outside to watch the spectacular sunset. The breakfast exceeded my expectations— a freshly prepared full English breakfast was included in the room rate. If I were to return to the Isle of Wight, I would definitely come back here. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and experience!
