Réservation de dernière minute et une très belle découverte ! Lieu sobre et raffiné. Menu Dégustation surprenant et délicieux. Bravo à toute l'équipe en cuisine pour ces saveurs et cette originalité. Nous reviendrons :

Amazing experience! We had the tasting menu and we were surprised with the flavors, service and the culinary quality and experience! Chapeau for the team and for the Executive Chef Benjamin Torrezan! For sure we will be back soon! What a unique experience! Well done!

Malheureusement, une Grande deception!! Femmes enceintes... J'éviterai fortement ! On n'a pas aimé la nourriture/menu du jour. Et pour finir, ils demandent un prix plus élevé quand on a demandé de payer avec des chèques vacances afin de pour couvrir leur commission... 1er établissement et 1er fois que cela m'arrive depuis plus de 10 ans d' utilisation des chèques vacances. Very good place, the food is excellent and the staff very friendly. If you go to this restaurant you must order the “Menu degustation”. Everything was perfect from the starter to the dessert. Special mention for the starter which was made of 2 different combinations of oysters et foie gras, it was incredibly good. For the wine you should test the Prunelart Amphore made with an old and rare type of grape called prunelart. If you are still hungry, you can also order a plate of local cheeses with a glass of 15 or 40 years old pinot. A place you must not miss if you visit Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Interesting and inviting interior to the restaurant and the Maitre was very friendly, that was until I asked for more vegetables (which did not arrive), what food that did arrive was reasonably tasty but there was so little of it that when the main course came, I asked in a friendly and polite manner if I coupon have a further portion of vegetables, as I needed more than the 2 forkfuls that arrived. The spoon was forgotten by the waitress for my Wife's Gazpacho and it didn't come until after my hot starter was finished, a shame but not the end of the world, when I did ask when we might expect the extra vegetables, we were told that everything was especially prepared and such a thing was impo...

By day it is easy to walk past the entrance without realizing it was there but by night the cave is more welcoming. We had not booked but shown to the back is a smaller room at the back. Initially felt uncomfortable but actually the...room had character and secluded and we appreciated this to chat. Initially staff were attentive but as other reviews indicated communication between senior and younger staff was almost non existent. However , food arrived very quickly and we shared a starter which was very tasty and well presented, We had pork and beef main courses and both were excellent, although again we were short of a knife although promised one by waiter he obviously forgot and had to req...
