Great restaurant. Food was outstanding and staff very friendly. Will be back for sure.

The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. However, the restaurant was quite chilly; there was no heating on at all.

This is my second visit to Zama, and the food and service were just as excellent as the first time. I can't find anything to criticize.

We had a great catchup with friends, the attentive service and smiley waiting staff made our evening even more special. The food was so tasty and we all left full and satisfied. The Blueberry Mocktail was delicious too

Another fabulous evening at Zama where they are managing to continue to provide the same fabulous food and service within a Covid 19 compliant protocol. It really is the best Indian food in Brighton and Hove and if you cannot get there then they also deliver. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Speisekarte ansehen

I had eaten at this restaurant just 10 days before and was really impressed. So much so I told friends and a couple of real 'foodie friends ' decided to try it with me last Monday. What a let down.! Most of the food was luke warm but the most disappointing dish was the Tandoori King Prawns. My friend was unable to eat them, they were stone cold and rubbery. What an embarrassment! I will no longer be recommending this restaurant.

The atmosphere was lacking. Unfortunately, there was a water leak from the ceiling. The starters were decent and offered some variety, but they could have been served hotter. We ordered two lamb main dishes—one medium and the other spicy—but to be honest, there wasn't much difference between the two. The cheese naan was not very cheesy at all. I was hoping for street food vibes similar to India Summer or Curry Leaf, but it turned out to be just an average curry house and a bit disappointing overall.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, although the service was a little disjointed. The starters were excellent, but I was disappointed with my main course, my lamb kebab arrived cold, but this was replaced straight away and the waitress was very apologetic. The second kebab had a lot more chilli so I couldn't tolerate eating much of it, even coated in riata. I ordered masala fries, expecting them to be thin, but they were basically chunky chips which, if I'd have known, I wouldn't have ordered. I also asked if I could have a garlic and cheese naan, but only got garlic. My two companions weren't over enamoured with their starters but enjoyed the mains of curry. The décor is nice, but t...
