The choice of food and the food itself was very good, but the outstanding bit for me was our waitress, who was so polite and chatty and helped make the meal a very enjoyable occasion."

We had a great family meal last weekend at Zizzi's. The ambience is very good, the menu caters for all we have 2 teenagers and a 10 year old and the menu works for everyone. The service was excellent, one of the main courses was not warm and the staff sorted it promptly and efficiently. We have a very enjoyable meal.

My Husband had pasta and there was more pasta than anything else on the plate.I had a chicken skewer dish and the chicken was really dry. The staff are excellent and were very attentive. The place was quite quiet compared to the other restaurants in Union Square. I was quite disappointed actually. I don't think I would go back.
