Zizzi - Inverness - Speisekarte

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! It stays open late and the food was delicious. We ordered the Carbonara and the Spicy Pizza and both were amazing!

Solid chain Italian in a good location. Not a huge menu, but listing calories is appreciated. They did a weird balsamic onion glaze on mozarella bread, but food was otherwise good.

My wife and I had an excellent dinner here. We shared a pizza primavera and a chicken and prosciutto salad. The flavors were very good and the portions generous. There is a nice dessert menu and we really enjoyed the black cherry and amaretto cheesecake. Speisekarte ansehen

After many days of touring Scotland and eating more traditional food…we ate at Zizzi’s for dinner. First the staff were all excellent. The starters of meatballs and cheesy bread were great but the calamari could be skipped. The pizza was great…thin crust and delicious. The beer was served in a very icy/chilled glass. Great find.

We turned up at Zizzi without a booking after our original booking at the Beefeater fell through at extremely short notice. Staff were really helpful and squeezed us in even though they were really busy and were booked up. All staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very good (probably better than we would have had at the Beefeater! . No complaints at all, all very positive. Thank you

Has to be the worst restaurant I’ve been too. Dreadful service and food. Asked if we had allergies then said you’d better check the menus before ordering. Not sure what the point of asking was, Pasta came with spice which was not on menus saying so. When asked if everything was good I said vial, no apology my husband said average. Given wrong bill absolutely dreadful. Service bad, food awful place looked dirty table and floor sticky. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Speisekarte ansehen

The angry chef stormed out only to return cheerful after a cigarette break, apologizing to the other chef who had gone to the back crying. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with her colleagues than serving customers. She took an order for two more cokes that were never delivered, yet they tried to charge us for them. There was another waiter, a tall lad, who seemed to be the only one actually doing his job. Despite trying to get his attention for the check, he ignored us to give the manager a shoulder rub. We waited half an hour for our check as the manager appeared more concerned with looking busy rather than taking care of customers. I have never left a restaur...

I wish I had read the recent reviews before coming here for a meal. Last time we were here 3 years ago the food was lovely. Today, unfortunately not the same experience. Don’t expect freshly cooked chicken breast here, it was evident it was prepackaged and precooked, stuck on a skewer and quickly dipped into the pizza oven. By the time it reached me it was lukewarm and spongy not nice! The chips weren’t any better, overcooked. My husband enjoyed his pizza however, and looking at some of the past reviews it seems as of these are the only things that are freshly prepared. Staff were disinterested at best. If you’re going to have the kitchen on show at least tell the chefs to look interested in...

We arrived at the restaurant after booking online earlier that day. We had to wait for about 5 minutes until the waitress finally acknowledged our presence. She did the same thing to some American tourists as we were leaving, snapping at them to just wait. Just before seating us, we were informed that they did not accept Tesco vouchers at this restaurant, despite not being told about this when booking. The food was not enjoyable, with my risotto rice still being crunchy. One of the bar/waitresses was friendly, but the other ignored our starter plates while she was texting on her phone.
