"The staff at the restaurant were great, but upon our arrival for our 6 o'clock reservation, they had no record of it, despite me having received an email confirmation. They informed us that they were fully booked, but after a brief discussion, they were able to find us a table. Improvements are needed in terms of communication between OpenTable and the restaurant."
